among its members

develop, improve and enhance business standards, practices
and ethics of flower merchants
To hold, conduct
and organize meetings, discussions, conferences and forums
on current issues, trends and developments in sales and
marketing
To advocate
and encourage the exchange of ideas among its members and
to give proper consideration to questions affecting flower
merchants
To acquire,
assemble, preserve and disseminate valuable business information
essential for the adequate conduct of their business
To aid, assist,
cooperate and otherwise engage in concerted action with
the private and governmental agencies, organizations and
institutions on all issues and matters affecting flower
merchants and generally favor to endeavor to improve and
advance the practices of flower merchants by all available
